Docabu currently ships within Australia.

International shipping may be added in the future and will be displayed at checkout if available.

 


 

 

Order Processing Time

 


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

 


 

 

Shipping Timeframes

 


Estimated delivery times within Australia:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

 


Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak periods.

 


 

 

Shipping Costs

 


Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.


Any promotions offering free or discounted shipping will be clearly communicated on the website and may be subject to terms and conditions.

 


 

 

Tracking Orders

 


Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email.


Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once your order has shipped.

 


 

 

Delivery Responsibility

 


Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.


Docabu is not responsible for delays caused by:

 

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather events

  • Customs or transit disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout

 


Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

 


 

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

 


If your parcel appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@docabu.com and we’ll assist in liaising with the carrier where possible.


While we’ll always try to help, Docabu is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed once they are in the carrier’s possession.

 


 

 

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

 


If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

 


 

 

Damaged Items in Transit

 


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@docabu.com as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and item so we can assess the issue.


This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
